Useful Web Resources
The web is full of the most incredibly useful stuff and also masses of nonsense and sometimes downright dangerous rubbish. Much of it is involved in trying to sell you something. Where do you start in your quest for honest, safe and useful information?

We've taken away some of the worry and effort and checked out several hundred sites, listing the good and discarding the bad. Having been vetted by a doctor (which is distinctly better than being doctored by a vet!) we can say they offer mostly sensible and balanced advice and are packed with information and up to date news and services. We tend to stay with UK sites as there are approaches and services in other countries not always relevant to us.

Please always bear in mind our disclaimer that though we believe these sites to be useful and interesting,
we hold no responsibility for any of the information on them and must leave it to you to decide whether or not to believe any of it or follow any of the advice you see. We have no commercial interest in any of the sites mentioned.

We'll add more from time to time and take off those that degrade or offend. Please let us know your thoughts and
pass on any recommendations you have and tell us of any broken links.
