from 8.00am each day for urgent calls only then 8.30am until 6.30pm
Test results after 11am when it is less busy, please

To save waiting, why not use our on-line services for appointment booking, test results and repeat prescriptions (available even when the surgery is closed).

The phone system queues calls so please stay on the line! We also have a service ('Queue Buster'). If the queue is long, to save you having on, you will be offered the chance to end your call and keep your place in the queue. The system will automatically ring you back when your call is ready to be answered. Be sure to be ready though!

All phone calls are recorded for safety and monitoring purposes.

Surgery times
Appointments are mainly booked:
Morning appointments 9am - 12noon
Evening appointments 3.30pm - 6pm
Late Evening appointments Mondays and Tuesdays available until 7.45pm
Some appointments are available with certain doctors and nurses from 8.30am or up to 6.30pm or in the afternoon. Please ask at reception if you have special requirements or use our automated or on-line service.

Surgeries vary in times and duration on different days depending on calculations of demand - we run an “Advanced Access” appointment system.
Not all doctors are available each day due to other commitments and some work part-time.
Special services such as minor surgery or medicals may be performed outside these hours by arrangement. If you have special time needs, please discuss with the receptionist.

GP Access Hubs
There are often late evening appointments available outside this surgery with other doctors, also on Saturdays, at one of the four Brent Access Hubs. These have to be booked by our receptionists (or 111) and they are available to all Brent practices, so availability is variable. Though your records will be visible (with your consent), it is usually better to see your own doctors unless it is a one-off problem, when continuity doesn't matter so much. Details of the Access Hubs here

Checking-in at Reception
Please always ‘check-in’ at reception as soon as you arrive for your appointment. This is the only way the Doctor or Nurse will know you are waiting. It is also a Health & Safety requirement.

Quickest to use our Automated Check-in both sides of the entrance: just touch the screen to enter your day and month of birth and your gender (sex). The system then checks you in, confirms the appointment time and the name of the doctor or nurse and where to go. There may be messages for you also. Several languages are available.

Wi-Fi in the surgery
There is free wi-fi in the surgery: just log-in to
NHS_Wi-Fi. No password required.
